  • Accurately count inventory by location as required
  • Follow company policies and procedures including filling out documentation for tasks as required

PURPOSE and SCOPE:

PURPOSE and SCOPE

PURPOSE and SCOPE

A Forklift Operator at MacDon Industries is responsible for operating a forklift in a safe, efficient manner to transport product in and out of work areas. They are also responsible for keeping work areas stocked with necessary equipment such as bins or cages and assist with set ups that require forklift.

Hourly rate: $16.87

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operating a forklift in a safe, efficient manner to transport product in and out of work areas

PURPOSE and SCOPE:

As an Accounting Supervisor you will be responsible for the accounting activities of MacDon Industries Ltd. Your duties will also include leading the month-end closure, accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, ensuring that all the required reports are completed in a timely manner, and providing financial statement variance analysis as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PURPOSE and SCOPE

The Test Engineer/Technologist is responsible for verifying and validating our emerging technologies and current production features. The work of this position focuses on the execution of test plans, reporting of test outcomes, support of Test Technicians and follow up on issues related to verification and validation of prototypes.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in the development and review of test plans to ensure plans are complete, timelines are clear and ownership and responsibilities are understood.
  • Design test jigs and fixtures and execute test plans.
  • Develop test vectors, setup, and scripts for automated testing.
  • Maintain clear objectives of live test plans.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to the Test Technicians assigned to the prototypes.
  • Instrument prototype machines as per test plans.
  • Participates in and/or owns the analysis of data, and presentation of results and recommendations.
  • Correlate lab testing, field data and theoretical results as needed.

PURPOSE and SCOPE:

Reporting to the Procurement Manager the main responsibilities of this job is to negotiate competitive pricing while working closely with the Procurement Specialists and Buyers.

PURPOSE and SCOPE:

Reporting to the Product Support Supervisor, the Product Support Representative provides after sales support for all MacDon Products. They work in territory with our dealers and customers to investigate product issues, address customer concerns, and provide product training. As part of the larger MacDon team they coordinate closely with the factory, providing information helping drive design changes and better understanding of customer needs

The Test Engineer is responsible for verifying and validating our emerging technologies and current production features. The work of this function focuses on the execution of test plans (Field & Lab), reporting of test outcomes and support experimental prototype builds. This position will be based in Sun Prairie, WI.

  • Develop, execute and report on field test plans of prototype equipment to make recommendations to enhance functional performance and improve reliability/durability

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Supervisor, the main responsibilities of the position will be handling of service parts for inbound receiving and outbound shipments at the Distribution Centre. The applicant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of items received from vendors following all MacDon packaging standards. Outbound shipments will be accurately picked to the customers specifications and shipped across the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PURPOSE & SCOPE

The Test Technician role is a vital part of an international team of innovators that collaborate to solve critical problems related to the agricultural industry through the development of machinery. These individuals are provided a unique experience in which their problem solving abilities are tested while they develop their hands-on experience working with prototype machinery. The Test Technician will use their unique perspectives to be an integral part of the research and development of agricultural prototypes through field and lab tests over an 8-12 month term. Term start date options: January 2022 and May 2022.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with a variety levels of leadership in the Test Department to manage the day to day for field testing activities of prototype machines.
  • Liaise with leadership in performing and completing the verification and validation requirements of their prototype machines.
  • Use project management software to efficiently compile information and prepare reports which are used in the decisions of the engineering design process.
  • Work with the members of the Engineering Shop and Test Department as needed in preparing machines and equipment/tools for testing.
  • Coordinate with Design Engineers on the performance of various systems and processes.
  • Observe test machines in the field and lab, gather electronic data using data acquisition, make valued judgments and discuss observations with customers and team members.
