RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purpose and Scope

PURPOSE and SCOPE:

As a member of the Senior Executive Group for MacDon this position is responsible for directing the accounting, finance and tax functions for the MacDon group of Companies (MacDon) while monitoring and reporting their financial performance and ensuring generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS) are complied with for all reporting initiatives. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and administer financial plans for the MacDon, including profit planning, sales forecasts, expense budgets, cost standards, saving opportunities and capital expenditures.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

A MacDon Industries Journeyperson Industrial Electrician diagnoses and repairs failed electrical components on factory equipment, including sophisticated production machines, mechanical or electrical equipment, and hydraulic or pneumatic equipment. They also construct, fabricate, and install electrical equipment and wiring for assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build electrical/network power circuits and PLC Programming Ladder Logic.

PURPOSE and SCOPE:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participation as a team member in all team project activities as identified, including but not limited to:

PURPOSE and SCOPE:

 

Reporting to the Product Support Supervisor, the Product Support Representative provides after sales support for all MacDon Products. They work in territory with our dealers and customers to investigate product issues, address customer concerns, and provide product training. As part of the larger MacDon team they coordinate closely with the factory, providing information helping drive design changes and better understanding of customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Work with Product Support Supervisors, Product Support Specialists, Territory Sales Representatives and Dealer Personnel to address product issues or customer concerns.
  • Lead in territory investigation and troubleshooting, creating detailed reports on product issues to help bring awareness and assist designers, etc. in developing product changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Dealer support personnel to ensure a positive experience for customers of MacDon equipment.
  • Instruct technical training for dealer technicians and end users.
  • Perform demonstrations of new products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Related University or College Degree, or equivalent experience

  • A solid technical background in diagnosis and repair of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems
