Dealer Support Associate – Derrimut, VIC

Purpose and Scope

The Dealer Support Associate is responsible for assisting MacDon dealerships with their enquiries and the MacDon parts department daily tasks.

Primary Job Responsibility

The following are the main job responsibilities and priorities that this position must focus on, must achieve and must excel at: 

• Provide front line parts support to MacDon dealers.
• Assist with dealer pricing, enquiries and parts interpretation.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory checks.
• Provide dealer training in the MacDon Dealer Portal (EZ Parts).
• Assist warehouse with picking orders or checking off shipments when required.

• Work closely with Parts Manager.

• Agricultural, automotive or industrial background/experience.
• Parts Interpretation skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
• Technical Aptitude.

• Intermediate Excel skills.
