Product Support Specialist - Brazil
We're looking for a team-oriented Product Support Specialist, who have up-to-date knowledge to interpret our customers' needs and design high-impact solutions. You will help us achieve our goals by supporting farmers and dealerships, identifying needs, new opportunities, and increasing brand recognition.
Responsibilities:
- Dealership technical support
- Harvest season monitoring
- Act on product adaptation/assembly as needed
- Manage dealer product support department's development (personal, financial and operational)
- Address customer complaints regarding technical and operational issues
- Mediate processes between dealer and/or factory
- Support at trade fairs and commercial events
- Technical training for the dealership network and fleets
- Support in forecasting spare parts inventory based on field knowledge
- Analyze warranty requests for parts and services
- Assist in the development of special tools
- Technical Publications, Service Bulletins and Field Campaigns review
Qualifications:
- College degree in Agricultural Engineering/Agronomy/Mechanical
- Engineering or related fields
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
- Technical knowledge in agricultural machinery, preferably combines (mechanical/hydraulic/electrical)
- Proven experience in the field is desirable
- Experience in building relationships with dealerships and customers
- Availability of travel (75% of the time)
- Willingness to relocate as determined by MacDon
- Alignment with market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Flexible and agile
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage and prioritize tasks
- Excellent analytical sense and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
