Celebrate World Music Day with Us!

In celebration of World Music Day, the Diversity Committee invites you to share your love of music by submitting a short video of yourself singing or playing an instrument. Everyone is welcome to participate!

What is World Music Day?

World Music Day, also known as Fête de la Musique or Make Music Day, originated in France in 1982 to bring people together through music and creativity. It is celebrated each year on June 21, with the goal of making music accessible to everyone and encouraging both amateur and professional musicians to perform and share their talent.

Today, it is celebrated in more than 100 countries around the world, promoting connection, inclusion, and the universal joy of music.

How to Participate

Record and submit a short video of any of the following:

· Singing

· Playing an instrument

· Performing with family or friends

· Showcasing your band or group

Winners Announced: June 25

All entries will be included in a random draw, with 3 winners each receiving a $50 gift card to a local musical instrument store.
