Parts Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary

The Parts Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the coordination of all marketing activities for the Parts Department. This will include MacDon Performance Parts, Westward Parts, and Top Quality Parts.

Responsibility

  • Lead a team of marketing coordinators, providing leadership, guidance, and support
  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of annual Marketing Plans including budget
  • Coordinate alignment of parts marketing/communication with International Divisions
  • Oversee the development of marketing content for both print and online
  • Manage and drive user experience improvements for Dealer Portal/Website
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Development of online marketing content via social media and Google Ads
  • Manage the creation and distribution of bulletins, Sales & Marketing Programs, and catalogues
  • Ensure Parts Marketing preparation for new product launches
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehousing teams to ensure alignment and support
  • Coordinate marketing materials for Trade Show activities
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Inventory teams for packaging/label design on parts/kits
  • Manage and coordinate purchase and distribution of marketing merchandise
  • Work closely with Product Managers to manage marketing relationships with Suppliers
  • Provide reporting as required
  • Provide Market Research on competitors and industry peers
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager

     

Academic/Educational Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in equivalent or relevant field
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing, ecommerce or content management
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Leadership experience is an asset
  • Experience creating and executing marketing plans is an asset
  • Experience in Agricultural Industry is an asset
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products. Experience in Dynamics 365 an asset.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Software (InDesign, Premier, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Skilled in Social Media content creation and online advertising
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in constantly changing environment
  • Willing to drive and manage change for continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel on occasion.
