Canadian Sales Manager
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Canadian Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic/Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role in the ag industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed
