Parts Territory Manager

The Parts Territory Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of MacDon Parts through the MacDon dealer network.


  • Conduct Regular Visits to MacDon dealers and customers.
  • Develop Marketing Plans with key dealers to promote MacDon Parts
  • Promote all MacDon Sales and Ordering Programs
  • Ensure Dealers are stocking required parts to meet expected service levels
  • Provide Dealer Training
  • Provide input into Sales and Ordering programs
  • Provide pricing information on competitive products
  • Provide Market research on competitive products
  • Provide input and review of  Marketing content and materials
  • Provide input into annual marketing plans
  • Represent MacDon Parts in Trade Shows and help coordinate preparation
  • Provide input into new products and parts kits
  • Report any deviations to branding, packaging, or quality standards
  • Coordinate Dealer events
  • Provide Reporting as required
  • Work Closely with Marketing Coordinator on all Marketing activities


  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Technical area of study
  • Agricultural background or experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organizational and time management skills
  • Technical Aptitude
  • Willingness to travel 2 to 3 weeks per month
  • Territory Sales
