•Previous experience or the completion of a recognized welding program.
•Must be able to pass a welding test.
•Ability to work 3 rotating shifts.
•Ability to work in a safe and responsible manner.
•Receive general instructions as to normal setting of welding machine and welding procedures from the Foreman and/or Supervisor.
•Performing MIG Welding on a wide variety of metals and their various thicknesses, requiring all position welding, and welding on work involving critical safety and load requirements.
•Work from specifications, drawing prints and welding symbols, shop work orders and/or verbal instructions.
•Ability to plan, layout, and perform diversified work.
•Use prints to obtain weld sizes and placement if specified or required.
•To weld component parts in the manufacturing of farm machinery.
